Our Offering

Seven online conversations and wherever possible, face to face, interspersed with participant reflection, practice and collegial conversations.
Regular participant led interim interactions with coach as often as needed.

An authentic and purposeful intent for self inquiry and personal development.
A commitment to attend a 90 minute online one-on-one conversation every 3 to 4 weeks for period of approx. 21/24 weeks.
A commitment to reflect, journal and apply learning between each session.
Each person’s conversations are supported by the composition of a central repository on a Miro Board and summarised on an online journal.
Reflection is supplemented by a transcript and voice recording of each session.
Each conversation is synthesised for the purpose of supporting reflection and review. Synthesis occurs in highlights and comments made on each transcript, linked to the online journal.

At an individual level - each person identifies any latent potential that can be unlocked, which is coupled with an enhancement of their personal purpose. Any barriers that are getting in the way of each person’s potential are identified and released. And their self agency in personal and professional effectiveness is optimised.
At a team level - the ripple effect in the relational field of the Ecosystem is enhanced, characterised by: strengthened cohesion, candour, trust, commitment and partnering collaboration.
A leadership Credo containing a directional ‘Credo Compass’ for each person, aligned with existing personal and leadership development plans. Each credo is derived from elements, tools and processes that have been developed over the program that are specific to each person’s needs. This coupled with an online journal that can be regularly updated and referred to as often as required.

How It Works
The Way of the Pattern Catcher provides a series of conversations designed to help discover and develop our Life Patterns, Leadership Patterns, and the Patterns of ‘how we show up’. Everything is possible, from understanding their makeup, to learning what’s driving them, to exploring ways we might reshape them.
The conversations are structured to help Catch, Understand and Transform the Patterns that are calling for our attention.
As a form of ‘Self Awareness Mapping’, the Way of the Pattern Catcher follows a lightly structured pathway that allows each person to participate with full oversight, agency and authorship at all times.
The process is energised and enabled by a desire and intention for self development and self directed personal leadership growth.
In working with a Pattern Catcher guide, the conversations are conducted in the spirit of collaboration, co-inquiry, co-discovery, and co-creation.
